End of Year Financial Statements

By law, if your business is a limited company you must produce year end Financial Statements,  including:

Income Statement (Profit & Loss Account)

Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet)

I can liaise with your accountant at your financial Year End to enable them to finalise your Year End accounts. It takes them less time so it costs you less money on expensive accountant fees.

Self-employed sole traders and most partnerships don't need to create formal year end financial statements.

However, there are key benefits to producing formal accounts. If you are looking to grow your business, or need a loan or mortgage, most institutions will ask to see three years' accounts.
